We don't sell your recipe data. If we ever use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the tool, we'll say it clearly and give you a choice.
Passwords, sessions, and permissions are built to keep the wrong eyes out. As we grow, we'll keep tightening this, not relaxing it.

If you're handling us recipes, costing, and process, you should ask these.
When you cancel, your account enters a grace period where you can export all your data — recipes, costs, notes, and toolkits. After the grace period, your data is deleted from our servers. We never hold your data hostage.
In theory, yes — as with any cloud tool. In practice, our team accesses individual recipe data only for direct technical support when you request help. We don't browse customer data and have internal policies against it.
No. We will never sell your individual recipe data, costs, or personal information to third parties. Full stop. If we ever use anonymised data to improve features, we'll be transparent about it.
Currently Pro is priced per kitchen location at $29/month. A kitchen account can be used by the head chef or operator. Multi-user team access is coming with the Teams plan.
Pro includes full Excel and PDF exports for all recipes and costing reports. You own the data so you can share it freely with ownership, investors, or auditors at any time.
We maintain a status page and communicate proactively about any downtime. For Pro users, we aim for 99.9% uptime. In the rare event of extended outage, we extend subscriptions accordingly.
